加氟是(shi)空調維(wei)修的(de)一(yi)項基本功,同(tong)(tong)時又是(shi)技術性很強的(de)工作。以(yi)下是(shi)同(tong)(tong)行(xing)們(men)在維(wei)修實踐中(zhong)摸索出來的(de)一(yi)些經驗,與(yu)讀者共(gong)同(tong)(tong)探討。 

一、準確加(jia)氟的(de)前提條件

1.維(wei)修的(de)空調必須(xu)符合其使用條件(jian)及(ji)安裝(zhuang)標準。

2.維修(xiu)的空調控制系統(tong)及執行元件(jian)必須正常;管路系統(tong)必須已有效排(pai)除空氣(qi)、水(shui)分、阻(zu)塞、泄漏點等情況;過濾網、內外熱交換器應清潔(jie),通(tong)風(feng)良好。

3.維修工具(ju)及材料必須合格。

4.嚴格按加(jia)氟工(gong)藝*作(zuo)。


二、準(zhun)確(que)加氟的依據和方法(fa)

1.定(ding)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)加氟(fu):在三通(tong)截止閥工(gong)藝口連接好三通(tong)閥、壓力表、加氟(fu)軟管、氟(fu)瓶或真空泵等(deng)。放氟(fu)抽真空后(hou),開始慢(man)慢(man)加氟(fu)。用臺秤等(deng)較精確的計量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)工(gong)具(ju)稱重(zhong),當氟(fu)瓶內氟(fu)的減少量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)等(deng)于空調銘牌上的標準加氟(fu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時,關閉氟(fu)瓶閥門。


2.測電(dian)流(liu):將空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)設置(zhi)于制(zhi)冷(leng)或(huo)制(zhi)熱高(gao)(gao)速(su)風(feng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(變(bian)頻空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)設置(zhi)于試(shi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)狀(zhuang)態(tai))下(xia)運(yun)轉(zhuan),在(zai)低壓截止閥(fa)工(gong)藝口處,邊加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)邊觀察鉗形電(dian)流(liu)表變(bian)化,當接(jie)近空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)銘牌標定(ding)的額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)值時(shi)(shi),關閉氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)瓶閥(fa)門。此時(shi)(shi),讓空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)繼續運(yun)轉(zhuan)一段(duan)時(shi)(shi)間,當制(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)接(jie)近27℃或(huo)制(zhi)熱狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)接(jie)近20℃時(shi)(shi),再考慮室(shi)(shi)外(wai)機(ji)(ji)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)、電(dian)網電(dian)壓高(gao)(gao)低等影響(xiang)額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)的因素(su),同時(shi)(shi)微調(diao)加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的量使之達到額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)值,做(zuo)到準確加氟(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)。要進行微調(diao)的原(yuan)因是因為空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)銘牌標定(ding)的額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)流(liu)值是空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)廠家在(zai)以下(xia)工(gong)況條件測試(shi)的數據:制(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai),電(dian)源電(dian)壓220V或(huo)380V時(shi)(shi)風(feng)扇高(gao)(gao)速(su)風(feng),室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)27℃,室(shi)(shi)外(wai)機(ji)(ji)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)35℃;制(zhi)熱狀(zhuang)態(tai),電(dian)源電(dian)壓220V或(huo)380V時(shi)(shi)風(feng)扇高(gao)(gao)速(su)風(feng),室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)20℃,室(shi)(shi)外(wai)機(ji)(ji)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)7℃。

實踐總結的(de)(de)微調數(shu)據是(shi):制冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,以(yi)室(shi)外機(ji)(ji)空氣溫度(du)35℃為(wei)標準(zhun)(zhun),室(shi)外溫度(du)每(mei)升高(gao)或降低(di)1℃,增(zeng)加或減(jian)少(shao)額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流值的(de)(de)1.4%;制熱(re)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,以(yi)室(shi)外機(ji)(ji)空氣溫度(du)7℃為(wei)標準(zhun)(zhun),室(shi)外溫度(du)每(mei)升高(gao)或降低(di)1℃,增(zeng)加或減(jian)少(shao)額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流值的(de)(de)1%;制冷(leng)或制熱(re)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,以(yi)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓220V或380V為(wei)標準(zhun)(zhun),電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓每(mei)升高(gao)或降低(di)1V,減(jian)少(shao)或增(zeng)加額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流值:單相(xiang)1匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A,1.5匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×1.5,2匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×2,3匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×3;三相(xiang)3匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×3/3,5匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×5/3,10匹(pi)(pi)(pi)0.025A×10/3。


3.測壓(ya)力(li)法:將(jiang)空調(diao)置(zhi)于制(zhi)冷(leng)高(gao)速風(feng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(冬(dong)天,制(zhi)熱需(xu)要(yao)加氟時,將(jiang)空調(diao)設(she)置(zhi)于強制(zhi)制(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)或(huo)將(jiang)室(shi)溫傳感器置(zhi)于27℃左(zuo)右的(de)溫水中,模擬夏(xia)(xia)天溫度(du)讓空調(diao)處于制(zhi)冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai))下運轉,在(zai)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)截止閥工藝口(kou),邊加氟邊觀察真(zhen)空壓(ya)力(li)表的(de)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)壓(ya)力(li),當低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)在(zai)0.49MPa(夏(xia)(xia)天)或(huo)0.25MPa(冬(dong)天),關閉氟瓶閥門。再考(kao)慮室(shi)外機空氣(qi)溫度(du)高(gao)低(di)(di)(di)、室(shi)內(nei)冷(leng)負荷(he)大小等影(ying)響(xiang)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)因(yin)素(su),微調(diao)氟利昂(ang)的(de)量和(he)表壓(ya)力(li),做到準確(que)加氟。進行(xing)微調(diao)的(de)原因(yin)是因(yin)為低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)力(li)與室(shi)內(nei)冷(leng)負荷(he)成正比(bi),即(ji)冷(leng)負荷(he)越大,壓(ya)力(li)越高(gao),反(fan)之(zhi)越低(di)(di)(di);加氟工藝口(kou)及附近管道,因(yin)安(an)裝在(zai)室(shi)外,其壓(ya)力(li)及蒸(zheng)發(fa)溫度(du)受外界(jie)氣(qi)溫影(ying)響(xiang)很(hen)大,室(shi)內(nei)熱交(jiao)換器實際壓(ya)力(li)及蒸(zheng)發(fa)溫度(du)夏(xia)(xia)天要(yao)偏高(gao)一些(xie),冬(dong)天要(yao)偏低(di)(di)(di)一些(xie)。實踐中總結的(de)在(zai)風(feng)扇高(gao)速風(feng),室(shi)內(nei)溫度(du)為27℃的(de)情況下,低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)壓(ya)力(li)數據如(ru)附表所示。


4.觀察法:將(jiang)空調設置在制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)或制(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)高速風(feng)狀態下運轉,加(jia)氟(fu)量準(zhun)確(que)時室內(nei)(nei)熱(re)交換(huan)器進、出風(feng)口處10cm的(de)溫(wen)差(cha)是:制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)時大于12℃,制(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)時大于16℃;制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)時,室內(nei)(nei)熱(re)交換(huan)器全部結露(lu) 、蒸發聲(sheng)均勻(yun)低(di)沉、室外截止閥處結露(lu)、夏季(ji)冷(leng)凝滴(di)水連續不斷、室內(nei)(nei)熱(re)交換(huan)器與毛細(xi)管(guan)的(de)連接處無(wu)霜有(you)露(lu) 等;制(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)時,室內(nei)(nei)熱(re)交換(huan)器壁溫(wen)大于40℃。

在實際維修中(zhong),變頻空調(diao)(diao)因對加(jia)氟量的準確性要求相當(dang)高,或定頻空調(diao)(diao)因制(zhi)冷管路系(xi)(xi)統(tong)需抽真(zhen)空時,宜(yi)采用定量加(jia)氟方(fang)法。若管路系(xi)(xi)統(tong)需補充(chong)氟時,宜(yi)采用以測(ce)電(dian)流為(wei)主、測(ce)表壓為(wei)輔(fu),兼顧觀察(cha)的方(fang)法。
